The TINA Tampon Insertion Accessory is designed to make putting a tampon in easy, even for those with reduced hand function. Place your tampon perfectly and comfortably every time.
TINA supports you to insert a tampon correctly, even if it’s difficult to reach, flex your wrist, or grip the applicator. Use the easy-grip handle, soft flex petals and the angle of the device aid to help you to insert tampons to the correct depth for maximum comfort.
Which tampons can I use?
TINA works with tampons that have a plastic applicator. It clips on to the existing tampon applicator to assist with tampon insertion.
There are a wide range of tampons that you can use, including Tampax Pearl and Radiant, Playtex, Kotex and more. TINA does not work with cardboard applicator tampons. Included in your pack is a free adaptor that works with narrower tampon designs.

Made from food-grade, washable materials, and soft-to-the-touch TPE for a gentle, extra-comfy feel.
How does TINA work?
- Snap in a compatible tampon
- Position TINA with the tampon in your vaginal canal, and the flexible petals against your body
- Pull the handle forward towards your body to insert the tampon.
- Remove the applicator from the device and wipe or wash clean.
- Use the notch in TINA’s petals to find the string and remove the tampon.
