Client must send a TESTED handheld controller for the bed to us for custom integration (typically 1 week, but up to 1 month depending on backlog). If you can’t live without it for a week, you will need to purchase a second handheld controller. However do not send it to us without first plugging it into your bed and testing EVERY function.
